License for Corporations: If assets are purchased or acquired by a corporation, the license belongs solely to that entity. Employees or contractors cannot use the assets outside of the corporation, and the assets must only be used for the corporation’s official projects.

Modding into Games: It is permissible to use [neo]'s assets to mod the appearance of characters or objects in games such as GTA (FiveM), Cyberpunk, or any other game that allows modifications, as long as these modifications are not used for external profit. Modding for personal use or as part of non-commercial projects is acceptable.

Texture Creation and Sale: You are allowed to create and sell textures for [neo]'s assets, provided that the original mesh is not sold or redistributed in any way. Credit must be given to "[neo]" and linked when selling textures for [neo]'s digital products.

Redistribution: In no way, shape, or form can the assets be redistributed, whether edited or not. They must be included as part of a completed project (game, avatar, video, etc.).

All Sales Are Final: As this is a digital product, once downloaded, it is considered to be in the customer's possession indefinitely.

Any misuse or ill use of the assets is strictly prohibited.

Credit: If you use [neo]'s assets in any public-facing project (such as a game or other creative media), please provide credit to "[neo]" with the specified product's link, visibly and appropriately. This can be in the credits section of a game or any other suitable location.
